Meet Michelle

I'm a Yoga Alliance registered teacher originally from China, bringing two decades of dedicated practice and a deep-rooted connection to Eastern movement traditions.

20 Years of Practice

I have developed deep expertise through my own lifelong practice and the 200-hour Yoga Alliance teacher certification.

Yoga Styles

I teach Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga, Hatha, Bikram 26×2 Hot Yoga, Power Yoga, and Yin Yoga.

Tai Chi Heritage

Originally from China, I teach multiple authentic Tai Chi styles through walking, movement, and martial arts forms.

Carefully adapted Tai Chi programs for low-mobility or wheelchair-bound seniors. Gentle, seated or supported movements that improve balance, circulation, and peace of mind. No prior experience needed.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga

A slow, meditative practice that balances Yin and Yang energies to release deep tension in connective tissues. Extended holds and mindful stillness optimize life energy (Qi) and cultivate a profound sense of inner harmony and renewal.
